    Especially as the quarterly released yesterday says that they have enough cashflow for 30 quarters - or 7.5 years!

    and in the full year report this declaration was made and signed + dated just a month ago -

    Unless this cap raising is for something truly exceptional then I think that we would have reasonable grounds to complain to the ASX and ASIC.
