If this capital raising isn't for a very, very good reason a no vote to the remuneration report should applied in my opinion.
We only need more than 25 percent of voters to vote against.
Last year there were only 87,000,000 million votes for the remuneration report.
So we would only have needed 38,000,000 votes to gain a first strike.
RSD, Moealara, and myself hold around 28,000,000 between us plus a lot more holders here on HotCopper.
Our register is about to have 25 percent more shares added to it.
My rough calculations tell me we should have sales of around AUD $80,000,000 over the next 12 months at current production rates.
I can't see any point in so much shareholder dilution to raise a minimal amount of money to reduce debt at the current share price VWAP.
Two strikes and they're out.
Lets hope it's for a very profitable acquisition.
