Management do own a stack of shares but they have not forked out...

Management do own a stack of shares but they have not forked out any of their own money. Just free shares and performance share not that they have to perform to receive them. Even the last CR at 5cents none took this opportunity to buy any shares just asked us holders for more money. Hoping this Ceo can change things but even his performance shares are to easy to get. Do a CR at 3 mill and stay in the job 12 and 24 months. What about get the company to 50 mill and 100 mill in value to receive these freebies would be a better outcome for holders and management. Hears hoping we have a great acquisition
