granting of a trading halt in THB’s ordinary securities listed on the ASX pending the release of an
announcement regarding a strategic asset acquisition.
It is requested that the trading halt apply immediately from the commencement of trading today until
the earlier of THB making the announcement or the opening of trading on Wednesday, 13 November
