The CR covers the government grant money of $5.4m.
With $1.3m left over.
Why are they knee capping investors for the third time?
It would have been better for them to borrow the $5.4m and pay it down as they hit the milestones and get reimbursed from the Gov.
The idea of the last raise was to get deals and get the options in the money as they would be cashed in as revenue for ADO.
Unless David seriously has a deal in the bag or on the cusp, I and my colleagues will be voting NO for everything.
