Immediately we had the usual complex explanations of “maybe it’s MB taking a stake” and assorted other BS until Bubsmark provided the bitter truth. It’s just a CR. A CR at a huge discount to the SP that is already so low it could parachute out of a snake’s butt.

I had enough of the BS last year and argued long and loud against rewarding poor performance by gifted cheap options and dilution of SH. I recall all the bleating of “but David might leave us if we don’t give them to him.” But you “Top 20” geniuses went ahead and did it anyway. Now they want you to do it again. I guess they figure you’re dumb enough to fall for it so they’ll try it on.
No doubt CB is fiercely copying and pasting, coming up with a long, flatulent essay on dot-joining about “David’s” likes on LinkedIn or some such twaddle.
Truthfully I think it’s about time this mob had a “first strike” against their names at the AGM. I doubt anything else would get through.
