I used to be a mortgage broker - for people that couldn't really prove income by the standard or bank acceptable ways or was a higher LVR than banks would accept, I could get them a loan, but it was charged at 2% per month (24% pa). This was secured against the house.
In my experience with ASX companies, commercial company loans are usually done anywhere form 12-18% (that was a in a low interest rate environment, probably even higher now) and like I said, only with a clear line of sight to payment, usually just as a stop gap until revenue arrives. ADO has zero line of sight otherwise we wouldn't be 2.7c raising at 2c.
