Well why not raise after the AGM at a higher price. Surely the cash isn't needed that urgently. I think more hope than rationale there.
How about a real good conspiracy - it is all part of a scheme to take the company private. Piss off the retail moaners so much that they are encouraged to exit before they really crank it up.
