I can’t believe they are doing this to us again, debt would be better than a CR if we are this close to a deal. Why Do we need the money, does this mean no upfront, no revenue on work , WTF. We sprinkle shares and options like confetti, capital management of this company is atrocious and that sits at the feet of the Board , get rid of all of them they have given away the company- no matter how good the technology we will never get any value from our initial investment if you have been holding for anytime. Absolute disgrace hold back to sell !!! Completely over this SS
