Apart from 'going private' (that was a joke - or was it?), I can only think that the all the near term future holds is continued shareholder disappointment with a falling SP because of no near term positive news, so better to raise at 2c rather than waiting for 1c. I cannot think of a positive spin that would fit in with currently exposed CR details. I just hope to f@#$ that I am wrong.
