The only logical assumption to make then is that we are in fact not 'close' or missed the boat re design freeze.
And if that happens than I would have to put Anteo down as the longest time spent, in history, being 8 months pregnant, with no baby to show for it.
The only other option is that the CEO decided to raise before freeze decision (in case it's bad, knowing we will go lower) or he is incompetent. The latter doest really feel true despite the last shocking raise.
