If true, that would be the most egregious self-serving strategy I’ve ever seen on the ASX. Would it contravene any rule? Surely it would follow you around for the rest of your career? (“Oh he’s the guy who issued shares to instos so they’d vote in his free package.”) Maybe he’d be gifted so much free $$$ that he just doesn’t care?
