Some SI's got allocated about 80% of what they asked for. That would suggest that the $3.5 million placement was fully subscribed at 2 cents. The company also had the option to accept more than $3.5 million. It will be interesting to see what raise amount they announce tomorrow morning.
The brokers were also calling for commitments to take up any shortfall in the shareholder entitlement offer.
