David Radford has made two declarations since becoming CEO that sat well with shareholders.
1. “I am the custodian of shareholder value.”
2. “We are a revenue stage company.”
He has shown that he can talk the talk but has failed miserably in walking the walk.
At this point I have serious misgivings regarding his integrity.
If, by the AGM, he has nothing of value to show shareholders, then he can maintain what is left of his integrity by resigning.
If anyone thinks that this is unfair then I can only say that it is David Radford’s own actions and apparent concern for his own enrichment and that of ‘connections’ while showing nothing but disdain for average shareholders, that leads me to this conclusion.
