I know a lot of investors voting against most or all of the resolutions at the AGM , I know why know , an extra 400 million votes could get the resolutions past, but its not over yet.
The following is taken from the NOM – “The Directors have determined that pursuant to Regulation 7.11.37 of the Corporations Regulations 2001 (Cth) the persons eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting are those who are registered shareholders of the Company as at 10.00am (Brisbane time) on Sunday 24 November 2024.”
if all goes to the usual timetables any person who is a shareholder up until Sunday 24th can vote.
