Maybe I'm naive, so please correct me (politely) if this is just me and my rose-coloured glasses (and is dependent on a split of dates between SI purchase and retail SH purchase) ....
If the SIs front their money first at $0.02, and believe they have that $3.5mil commitment already, then David has financial clout to prove to MB that expansion is not a financial issue and maybe a deal is agreed. Release of any MB info will push up the share price with registered holders already in the money before they commit to buy at $0.02 to fill the $5mil placement.
So maybe this *is* a reward to existing shareholders if they're able/willing to dig even deeper than we already have?
