It is amazing how people seem shocked the company went to raise capital when it had less than 6 months worth of capital left.
Do you really believe the responsible thing to do is to take this right to the edge of the cliff hoping you can strike a deal knowing the slightest delay could put your lights out permanently?
The time to raise cash is before you need it, not when you need it and are in situation of life and death desperation.
