How many times has David been overseas in the last 9 months, and how many deals has he signed. Why do share holders keep thinking that each time he heads overseas a deal will result when the facts says different. Why do share holders think that doing a cr is due to a deal being just around the corner when the facts says otherwise. Cash until April 2025 would mean that at the end of this quarter they will have less than the required 2 quarters of cash on hand and would need to raise cash now so they don't have to put in how they expect to raise cash in the next quarterly. Now we can look at this in a number of ways the first being that there is little possibility of a deal being done in the near future, if there was then wouldnt they wait and see what that deals is and if a large up front payment then no cr needed, if no up front payment then signing of a deal would push up the sp and more money could be raised. Or we could play the devil and say a deal is just around the corner and this cr is to allow a cheap buy in by certain people.
