I don't understand why there is such anger at a cap raise before the AGM? I understand that we want it at a higher price, but if they need the money and its obviously the only way they can get it then better now than later. Imagine the response on here if a week or 2 after the AGM and the share price is still around the 2.7cents with no major announcements they announce a CR at 2 cents. It would be constant post after post "how dare they it should have been before the AGM so we knew before the vote" "their all crooks, they deliberately held this back" I understand there is disappointment because we all wanted this to be the design freeze TH, but it wasn't.
There is still so much to unfold over the coming months/years, could be good could be bad, we don't know until it happens..
They release news to the market as they have it and as they understand it, they don't make stuff up, they might fluff it up as best they can but it is what it is. Doesn't always go as planned, impending approvals get pulled, design freezes get delayed, if they weren't telling us what was happening we would and do complain and when they do and it doesn't work out we complain anyway.
I personally wont be voting to kick anyone out just yet, but think maybe they can wait a bit longer for any freebies.
