I hear what your saying, but what could/should have he done differently, what are the alternate options. I am pretty sure he didn't think, how's the best way i can shaft shareholders. He and the team would be looking at alternative funding constantly, that's why they are getting these grants. Yes the CR is dilutive but yes the grants are non-dilutive. if we didn't have them It would be a bigger CR and more dilutive. Ideally all money would be coming from sales, but were obviously not at that point yet(hopefully very soon).
