If it's a 2c Capital Raise, surely it will be followed with David's resignation from the company and his administration that he has failed monumentally in his self stated "guardianship of shareholders wealth'.
Also by labeling this Capital Raise as a "Material Capital Raise' would 100% be seen as sneaky and misleading giving his management a big red flag going forward. David your credibility is in the libe this Thursday.
