That seems to be what is implied several times throughout the company announcements over the past 18months.

I'm thinking - could Charles have initiated this breach of contract on purpose and knowing that Wyloo would request settlement of the convertible notes? This could remove the cloud of doubt regarding the debt being ring fenced to Neo's shares.

I imagine share price would increase if the convertible notes truly are ring fenced and secured only to the NEO shares. This would make it easier to raise capital & they would be able to raise it at a higher share price to?
