Yes, it does seem counter intuitive if they have any confidence on the DD program underway. On the other hand I wonder if they have done some marketing with the Insto's and received some offers for some placement shares. Possible, right? Unlikely, granted ! Just looking for something positive here on the view that they would be insane to raise below last offer and at discount to here, so therefore just MAYBE they have some interest from the Insto's to back a further look see into Stavely and surrounds on back of recent successful RC results.
