It's doubtful that WDS exercising the option with PCL would require an announcement by WDS and.I do not expect one from WDS or even a mention of PCL or Namibia.
For PCL its obviously very significant.

I think most people would agree, however the sensible thing for WDS is to do the same as GALP and drill baby drill.
The more they can prove up the field then the value goes up exponentially.
Which makes us PCL shareholders extremely happy.

PS much nicer that when what you quote someone it is actually what the person said rather than making it up.

If WDS enter into an agreement with PCL, then they will have to announce it.

Presently they are doing due diligence. reading the section 32, kicking the tyres, however you wish to define it. Short answer, no commitment to anything.

Accepting the farmin is a commitment
