I agree a trading halt is required re to announce the signing of the seismic license. To PCL at this stage its obviously price sensitive. For the people saying WDS should also make an announcement its hardly significant or price sensitive to WDS so there will be no announcement. It's doubtful that WDS exercising the option with PCL would require an announcement by WDS and.I do not expect one from WDS or even a mention of PCL or Namibia. For PCL its obviously very significant.
"It is entirely possible this is just too big for Woodside to take to production on their own." I think most people would agree, however the sensible thing for WDS is to do the same as GALP and drill baby drill. The more they can prove up the field then the value goes up exponentially. Which makes us PCL shareholders extremely happy.
PS much nicer that when what you quote someone it is actually what the person said rather than making it up.
