If it follows with contract news then it’s a good thing. They will need more machines and more capital to pump into R&D for larger machines to fulfill larger contracts and to get into the sort of work that the Navy is envisioning for her.
Will look a lot better if the raise is strongly supported by a US based institution like Shaw & Partners. Can only wait and see what happens but I’m optimistic. 25mil will go a long way if that’s accurate.
