On the upside... there is an equal sized Share Purchase Plan on the same terms.
$1m in the placement. $1m in the SPP.
So anyone that thinks this is to steep a discount, you will also have a chance to participate on the same terms as the instos.
Roughly 2.8% dilution so not too brutal. I've seen worse.
