Well, for once there is general agreement on this forum. Is that a first?

It seems we all are disappointed that IXR has found it necessary to raise capital in these circumstances.

    But my takeaways are these:
    - WE ALL KNEW A CAP RAISE WAS COMING !!
    - it is really disappointing that it has been done at historical lows
    HOWEVER:
    - note it is a very small raise -> it's only $1m-$2m Placement, plus an SPP of about $1m
    - the cap raise is clearly designed to be at a minimal amount because IXR believes it will get funding from 3rd party sources eg UK Govt or 3rd parties ---> and that funding news will be soon.
    - the funding is designed to be least dilutive given it is such a small amount
    - the cap raise is designed to facilitate growth --> because IXR needs the funds to work towards negotiations re funding, commercialisation of Belfast and working capital -----> IXR needs cash to reach commercialisation. If they don't raise funds, then work stops.

You either believe in the IXR business and growth story or you don't !!
If you don't, or are so jaded by this experience, then sell out. You will sleep better.

My personal view is that the IXR story is real.
    Why?
Because there are so many credible and independent 3rd Parties who are working with IXR on its Recycling Tech.
Witness UK Govt and real cash grants, VAC with 4,000 employees, LCM, Brazilian Govt etc.
    So the story is real.

As so often happens, these small cap coys run out of cash.
Then big players come in and commercialise the tech. And make the profits.

Have a look at Vulcan Energy. Aust coy. They had a world leading tech extracting Lithium from brine sourced from underground. In Germany. Now they have serious German Govt funding, Hancock prospecting, VW, Stellantis etc etc - and they have just started extracting lithium brine. Shares are $6.00++. I am not a shareholder in VUL.

We just gotta hang in there.
