As frustrated as I am, given the circumstances and timing of this raise, i appreciate the post. Need a voice of reason, and your perspective helps with seeing things more clearly. It all hinges on securing additional funding soon or this additional dilution will kill us. Pryaing for a miracle we receive some material announcements shortly after this raise.
