ERW did not have enough for a drill campaign and with such low market cap it wouldn't of been able to cap raise enough to drill. ERW needs a partner and If RDN has hit then they will want more land to make a future buyout more attractive.
Timing seems to coincidental to be both releasing Wednesday morning. If RDN results were to be bad this JV scenario makes zero sense so for me all signs are looking like positive results.
