We are in the worst possible position we could ever be in.!!
With money running out and no chance of another successful CR at this time its unfortunate that we will get screwed.
Anyone making a deal with us now will know exactly what position we are in and how unsuccessful we have been over the years in obtaining any finance deal.
Management will simply take whatever deal is put on the table because it's now about surviving. The old line of wanting the best deal possible for shareholders is long gone, now its a case of we'll take anything because we have wages to pay.
So unfortunate that this mob couldn't get a decent deal when Li was up and everyone else was cutting deals.
Anyhow I could be wrong..... We wait and see.
