You have missed the point. Yes, any deal now puts us in a better position than we were 2 days ago however my point is that we are in the worst possible position to be making a deal. The fact is this really is an 11th hour deal, management would simply accept anything because its all about survival. If they dont take whatever is being offered then were gone in 6 months.
This will not be a good deal for shareholders with mass dilution, only management will benefit as the wages will keep coming and any dilution wont really affect them as they will bonus themselves cheap oppies as usual to make it up.
