Im quite sure most here would know what it is.!!

Bridging finance is finance to bridge a gap until other money from a deal is available.
Therefore we quite possibly have some sort of deal coming with bridging finance needed to fill the gap and keep the lights on until the money from the deal comes in.

Its pretty straight forward, the unknows are what will the bridging finance cost us because its never free and its usally at a higher rate than normal finance and also how good or bad a deal have we struck.
