What does that highlighted statement mean?

Do you know what I think it means?

It means someone at LPD tried to shut down discussions on a public forum because they didn't like what was being said!!

Like we live in communist China or North Korea!!!!!!!!

There were no defamatory remarks on these threads, only thoughts & opinions about the company & its strategy. As it turns out, some of those opinions were correct!! Someone at LPD didn't want current or future investors to know about the risks of operating in Africa & dealing with China! Amongst other topics. This was the mindset!! I believe that reason is enough for SH here to start litigation against the company.

The BOD should be exploring & disclosing the risks to shareholders!! Not trying to gag people who want to talk about it!!

Someone at the company wanted to suppress information that could affect LPD, its assets & shareholders!! You have it in black & white above from @kellectric, unless of course, she was spreading lies, deception or misinformation about LPD.
