If that's the case, then the BOD or Joe should have stepped in & prevented her from filing a complaint with HC.

In the statement from @kellectric Joe clearly isn't happy as he uses the word "spineless" when describing contrarian individuals on HC. Using that language tells me he's disappointed that HC didn't want to act on the company's behalf. It says to me he was upset, emotional & wanted the conversation shut down. I could be wrong.

I think if a SH contacted Joe for a response to any conversations on HC his appropriate response should have been.....

"I'll crush my critics & dissenters by delivering the promised projects to my shareholders".

Not trying to gag people!! If the BOD or management don't like what's being said on HC? Then get the job done!! Do it!! Don't talk about it, do it! That's the only way to shut people up & make them look like fools. Think about it, if P1 or P2 or P500 (whichever one they were up to) were actually built, then I would look like a fool!!
