Be careful what you wish for with international take-overs. A few years ago a series of amalgamations and stock exchanges left me with my ASX holdings of Centamin still in my name but listed only in London and Canada. Centamin did OK but the machinations and fees left me with a virtually impossible to sell position, held by a "full service broker" in London who charged like a wounded bull. I did eventually sell them but I lost 30% in fees, charges and BS currency exchange rates.
