Had to happen, waiting on options to convert has too much risk of driving the share price down and getting an unwanted cheap Take over offer.
Then there is the risk of not converting 100% of the options and even if they did all get converted a CR would be required shortly afterwards because there is a lot of work to be done with drilling, trenching, planning, covering the 20% of costs that could arise at Linderos etc etc.
Will be interesting to see the size of the CR - overall I am like good Job, well done management
