This announcement seems to be a shock to some. This could have been brought up in the AGM in general terms even if some non disclosures were in place.
A statement such as "general discussions / consideration has been given to capital raising. We will investigate multiple avenues about how any raise may transpire."
Please excuse my ignorance if something of this nature was broadcast during the AGM.
There has been a pump attempt to suck in the retail holders from this site to get some price movement in the last little while - all in my perspective and opinion only of course.
It is all there in digital text if people care to review it. Just like this time last year.
