Nah, I'm sorry but this is bullshit.
A year ago they were doing share buybacks at 10-12c trying to pump this thing ahead of the NASDAQ raising, now they are raising capital at 6c to keep the lights on.
Lies and manipulation and games every step of the way. You can't tell me its a pure coincidence that we had a couple of announcements then a very suspicious 300% share price gain in 2 weeks of trading, followed by the cap raise bomb being dropped?
Why the hell were management buying back shares at twice this price a year ago just to sell them again now?
