Fundamentally nothing has changed since the AGM. There is a little cash in the bank, there will be $1.5M back from CLE. We can sell some CRML shares early. It is winter in Ireland and Austria. The Ukraine war has not ended. So cash drain can wait. But what has changed is the volume on market and the resulting SP rise. From all accounts the buyer is from US. TO EUR and you have control CRML and Tanbreez. An absolute bargain for south of $AU100M.
