At these levels I too would have sunk decent Bob into this stock, but once I find out Management play games and doing the good old Inside of Trading. Then I don’t sink anymore $$ in and even sell my initial holding. If the CEO was genuine, at the AGM he would have clearly told Investors that they are looking at the bigger picture and to profit from the bigger picture, we are likely going to have to do one CR within the next 6 months. The fact that they obviously knew what was going on, didn’t share that information, let their friends/families sell out whilst SP goes into free fall, then advise of a CR…..Not on! a friend once told me 35+ years ago that if Management are dodgy once, be careful as they r likely to be continually dodgy. All IMHO
