if it’s price sensitive information it should have been released to the public and yes, you raise the important point and a good one, why on Earth didn’t they release the information prior to AGM so shareholders can ask what’s going on. i don’t mind CR, it’s all part of small cap business, but when SP goes into free fall at the same time the company is arranging a CR then says nothing at AGM then soon after releases that information, that’s classified as inside of trading. some of you might recall many years ago same thing happened, ASIC was informed, SP went into trading hault, company was investigated. Then there was a class action law suit. The shareholders won the case and the company was fined. all IMHO
