Alpine can’t sell their shares so it’s not them as insiders. More likely the retailers associated with capital raising firm. This is a classic case of heaps of profit in the stock and the sellers got a treadmill and the selling couldn’t stop. Good news is the CR will stop the selling and will give some new direction.
I suspect they are raising cash to buy stock and to get ready for marketing in USA once FDA approved.
They also need some money for testing new products.
The company must have a strong balance sheet for USA conversations next year.
The raise includes $10m from a good cornerstone.
Expect a strong rally from here. Remember what happened when they raised at 73c. Rally time coming. Expect back to $2 plus soon.
