If their patents are successful, and there is no reason to expect otherwise, then I think that they should have 20 years protection in the US. I'm no expert in patents and someone correct me if I'm wrong, but that seems to be the standard for pharmaceuticals in the US.

It's not there anymore. It closed on time, before the three days were up and one other investor I spoke to was told he was likely being scaled back so I haven't seen them have any trouble raising.
I had no scale back on mine as an existing shareholder and my broker had a firm allocation for some of his clients.
We'll find out tomorrow how much they raised and if there was any over-subscriptions and scale back.
My view is that the sp will recover strongly after this cr. Maybe not this side of Christmas but I expect back above $2 before the end of next quarter ahead of its pre-IND submission meeting with the FDA and the launch of the on-line platform, also in the first quarter.
We had a period of a lull in newsflow this quarter which likely contributed to the large correction after a phenomenal run. The news flow resumes next quarter.
