also, they commercialized the drug. Its approved under special acess in Australia.
they've set up, run and finished a clinical trial. Got the drug approved in Aus and are getting approval under FDA.
if they were spinning their wheels sure it would be frustrating. But progress made and more money raised after they have communicated they want to expand pipeline and probably expecting significant marketing costs isnt a big deal for me.
