Presumably it's not illegal but it's so unethical it's not funny. As some here pointed out, it did seem to be a well jazzed up announcement about very little.

as I and others have noted re SVL, albeit most of us dearly want to see this proceed, I've always publicly stated there are probably 2 or 3 more CRs in the offing. By the time they near commissioning there'll be 1 billion shares on the register.
this stock needs 3 things....change of Federal government that includes liberal party within its composition 2. Increase in silver price to assure the NPV/FID 3. Governments to openly concede their indebtedness, and desperation for the easy fixes they love so much
