    My immediate thought on seeing a TH was CR, so this is left field.

    No announcement of VA though, so I wonder if there will be an offer from management and Thorney to take it private, ahead of maybe a Nasdaq listing. $7m market cap for a company well into a P3 showing good interim results is laughable.
