A really bad look. CLEE offloading 100s of millions of share between 3-4c, only for then to buy back in at a discount. Classic make my friends richer at expense of retail. Really thought management were better than this.
The best we can hope for is the discount isn't to large from VWAP and that the number of shares being issued isn't crazy.
All I can say is, at least for those taking part on the raise they will not be here to loss money. No doubt they will orchestrate what has just happened again and then run into the sunset.
Disappointed to say the least. Especially with 13M coming over the next few weeks. Pure money grab
