Retail could not legally be involved in this without a prospectus, which is impossible. They are caught between a rock and a hard place there - game plan - raise enough capital to keep the lights on, engage some skills and staff, get a proper working plan constructed, consolidate the share register, issue a prospectus and then do a proper cap raise, but you can get in on the ground floor of this by buying at the bottom which won't be far away, despite a decent fall IMO
