I don't think they have the $13 mil yet, nor do I think it would last long given the very ambitious plans before them, so I don't reckon they have much choice other than to raise as much money as they can until they get some firm and concrete information. As far as Clee goes, I am sure he would say that he punted some heavy $ in at great risk and feels that recompense is justified. If he sat on his holding it would go nowhere, so he he has churned his capital, it is in the hands of retail at a cheap price and he will no doubt be putting it back into the next step up
